Broadway Broadband (Partners) are an Alt-net ISP that offers broadband services in rural locations in Wales and Scotland. A key part of their business model is to build and provide high-speed fibre internet to locations that lacked the infrastructure, with the help from funding of the UK government initiative “Gigabit Voucher Scheme”.

My Role

.

During my time at Broadway, I played a pivotal role in helping drive the rapid growth of the company. My purpose was to find pledges (residential and SMEs) in locations that are serviced by Broadway. At the time, each pledge had a potential value of £2,000 and was highly sought after by competitors.

My responsibilities encompassed various key areas, including website management, SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), analytics, paid advertising and agency communication. I was entrusted with the task of improving Broadway’s online company’s rapid growth presence and helping to implement strategies to enhance its online visibility, attract more traffic, and generate valuable leads for the company.

A landing page to support the Spring-time lead generation Campaign. The page was optimised to convert visitors that were captured through the paid campaigns that were running on Google and Facebook.

The page featured clear and concise headings, engaging visuals, social proof and a prominent call to action.

Blog Template

I updated the blog post template to enhance the performance of both existing and future posts on the SERPs and improve customer usability.

The updated template introduces several new features aimed at providing a better reading experience and engagement for readers. Notable improvements include:

  1. Well-Structured Headings
  2. Consistent Text Colour
  3. Recent Posts Section
  4. Prominent Visuals
  5. FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
